While shipping errors are uncommon, we cannot assume responsibility for delays, damages, lost, and/or stolen packages. Please choose the shipping option that you are most assured with.
Please contact me within 30 days after the ship date to initiate a return.
Returned items with a retail price of $400 and over will incur a 20% restocking fee.
After 30 days, all items are non returnable/exchangeable.
Custom made pieces are not eligible for return/exchange.
Items being returned/exchanged must be in original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear, and must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Please choose an appropriate shipping method, delivery is not guaranteed; insure your package if necessary.
Please ship items in sturdy packaging with padding. Returns/exchanges are not guaranteed for items that do not arrive or arrive damaged.
Refunds will be processed and issued after the piece is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
