Our turnaround time for customs is typically 6-8 months from design approval, with most pieces being completed in that timeframe from initial inquiry. Please let us know if there is a specific date in mind for completion, such as anniversaries, birthdays and engagements. We are happy to work with pre-loved and sentimental jewelry after evaluating gold and/or stones. We charge a non-refundable design fee to start all custom orders, which will be applied toward the final purchase.
